We employ the mediums of fresh, locally-sourced ingredients, curious palates, sustainable practices, fair wages, innovation, and a value-centered sense of care that is without peer.
And, yes...we serve cocktails too.
ONE-OF-A-KIND BARS
The Problem:
There simply weren't high end, portable bars on the market.
The Solution:
We used our design acumen, imagination, expert input, and many, many prototypes to construct handmade, beautiful, functional mobile bars.
They're the only ones like this in town because they're the only ones in the world.

It starts with a livable wage. Period.
Financially successful bars and restaurants are all too often made profitable off the backs of grossly underpaid staff. Not here. We set out to build a business model committed to paying service employees respectfully.

A lot goes into making your event one-of-a-kind and, to be honest, we love every minute of it.
Here's a little glimpse into our process so you can sit back, relax and look forward to a delicious, beautiful experience!

1. Saddle up
You're intrigued, you click "Request a Quote", and we send over the contract and details. Reserve your date with a deposit, and we’re off to the races!

2. Site Visit
Our site visit ensures our mobile bar setup fits like a glove.
At your site visit we're happy to weigh in on everything from traffic flow to decor, time line to logistics. We are an experienced team of event producers with excellent resouces...and we love to help!

3. Menu Design
For our craft cocktail (& mocktail) packages:
Love flowers? Dislike sweet drinks? Can't get enough mezcal? Your recipes are as individual as you and your charming guests.
Consult with Beverage Director Brynn Smith or choose a couple of charmers from our rotating seasonal "Greatest Hits" menu.
For our wine packages:
Founder Robin Goodchild is our in-house wine aficionado and works in concert with our Consulting Sommelier to craft perfect pairings for your menu and your budget.
Something special? Something hot? Something sweet? That's us ;)
We also do fresh coffee (using our beloved Technivorm Moccamaster machine) and tea service, hot chocolate, ice cream, hand-crafted lemonades and fair-trade iced tea.

4. Prep (That's all us, not you!)
We will present you with pricing scenarios for your alcohol purchase* and assist you with ordering bottles.
You're done! The rest is up to us.
- We head to the Cocktail Kitchen, having sourced the freshest ingredients available .
- Your cocktail ingredients are prepared and mixed to perfection by one of our team members (Certified Food Safety Manager).
- We handle all the logistics from ice delivery, glassware or compostables ordering, storage, and delivery.
- We hand-pick bar staff best suited for your occasion.
- And...ok. A lot more goes into our process that we can fit. We've got every detail covered, from garnish to hitch.
*That's right! All alcohol purchases are made directly. We receive no fees or kickbacks, ensuring cost-effectiveness for our clients. Use one of our preferred vendors and we'll pick up your order, keep it safe until your event, and deliver it with everything else on the day. Easy peasy.

5. Breathe a sigh of sweet, sweet relief.
"Ok...so 129 guests for 4 hours with 3 different options plus coffee....and...oh god, what about ice?!..."
We get it. And we're here for you.
We can provide quantity guidance for the full menu of beverages at your event--because everything flowing beautifully makes us very, very happy!
(And because spreadsheets are our love language.)
